21bets Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services offered by 21bets through the website 21bets.world and its associated channels. By accessing, creating an account, or using any 21bets service — including Sports Betting, slots, poker, crash games, live casino, and financial features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms.

To register and use 21bets services, you must meet all the following requirements:

At the time of registration, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Using false, third-party, or fictitious data to create an account is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and retention of funds for investigation.

21bets reserves the right to request identity verification documentation (KYC) at any time, including:

• Government-issued photo ID (national ID card, driver's license, or passport);
• CPF;
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days;
• Selfie with ID document (when requested);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Failure to submit the requested documents within the communicated deadline may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawals until the account is regularized. 21bets does not process withdrawals for accounts with pending verification when the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds R$ 500.00.

Deposits originating from third parties are automatically blocked and the amount returned to the original sender. Accepting third-party deposits may be treated as an attempted money laundering, resulting in immediate account closure.

21bets reserves the right to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits per account, notifying the user whenever such limits are applied. Users may also voluntarily request deposit limits as a responsible gambling tool.

Withdrawals at 21bets are processed exclusively to the bank account or Pix key registered under the same CPF that holds the platform account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not processed under any circumstances.

The available withdrawal methods, minimum amounts, and processing times are:

• TED Transfer: minimum of R$ 50.00 — processed within 2 business hours on business days.

Monthly withdrawal limits vary according to the user's VIP Program level:

• Bronze: up to R$ 20,000.00 per month;
• Silver: up to R$ 50,000.00 per month;
• Gold: up to R$ 100,000.00 per month;
• Platinum: up to R$ 250,000.00 per month;
• Diamond: no defined monthly limit.

21bets may require additional verification for withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 in a single transaction, regardless of the user's VIP level. Withdrawals that fall outside the account's usual history may undergo a security review before processing, which can add up to 24 hours to the standard timeframe.

21bets regularly offers bonuses and promotions to its users. Each offer has specific terms that are presented before activation. The general principles that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each bonus may be claimed only once per CPF, email address, and bank account. Attempting to claim the same bonus through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse;
• The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 is available exclusively for the first deposit of newly registered accounts;
• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirement, which is the wagering volume required to convert bonus balance into withdrawable funds. The requirement is disclosed before the bonus is activated and may range from 10x to 50x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion;

• Bets confirmed by the user cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except where otherwise specified in the rules for that particular game type;
• If an event is cancelled due to force majeure (weather conditions, security concerns, or a decision by the organizing body), bets are refunded at odds of 1.00;
• Bets placed on markets whose outcome was already known at the time of the bet — due to a technical failure, broadcast delay, or any other reason — may be voided by 21bets;
• 21bets reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual bet, adjust odds, and refuse or cancel bets that represent abnormal risk or result from an obvious pricing error;
• Football bets are governed by FIFA rules. Regular time (90 minutes) is the default period unless otherwise indicated in the specific market.

In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed odds and the correct odds due to a technical error, 21bets may correct the affected bets by paying the correct amount or by voiding the bet and refunding the amount wagered.

The crash games available on 21bets — including formats where the multiplier grows until a randomly determined crash point — use provably fair systems that allow players to verify the randomness of each round after it ends.

The multiplier for each round is determined before it begins and cannot be manipulated by 21bets or any player. The early cash out feature must be triggered by the user before the multiplier reaches the crash point — the platform does not perform automatic cash outs beyond those previously configured by the player themselves through the auto cash out feature.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited at 21bets and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, and possible withholding of deposit balances for investigation:

• Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, phone number, or banking details;
• Use of bots, automated software, or scripts to place bets or interact with games;
• Collusion, sharing of card information in poker games, or any form of match-fixing or coordinated play;
• Intentional exploitation of technical errors, system failures, or platform bugs;
• Bonus abuse — creating fictitious accounts, using third-party details, or any coordinated strategy to claim promotions multiple times;
• Use of the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity;
• Attempted unauthorized access to 21bets systems;
• Use of the platform by or on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.

Users may request account closure at any time through customer support or directly via the account settings panel. Any pending withdrawals will be processed normally before closure. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements are cancelled upon closure.

21bets may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018), and the regulatory standards applicable to the betting and gaming market in Brazil.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these Terms will be submitted first to an amicable resolution attempt through 21bets customer support. If no agreement is reached, the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are designated as the competent jurisdiction to settle any disputes, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged.
